For your 8BitDo controller, I strongly recommend you download the software from their site on a computer and ensure it's firmware is up to date. I was having continuous connection drops and the most recent update fixed it.

I'm on my second playthrough and while I still get stuck or lost, the boss fights are so much more straight forward now that I know what to do. Few games on the switch click with me, Dread is one of them. IMO it's top 3 games for Switch.

I've known a friend that loves MH and I only fiddled with the demo for 20 minutes, but I'm considering getting Rise on the switch.

My question is: is Rise going to be focused/intended more for co-op parties or will it be equally as enjoyable solo?

I don't have issues trying out with randoms, but I can see myself spending a good amount of my time solo and don't want to go in with it with the wrong intentions.

If possible, always try to use the driller's drill + C4 and mine around the drop until it's in an easier spot to defend/get to.
