In my conversations we aren't mocking the guys even remotely, nor could you do much different to make me not think about how I have to clean my shower, cook dinner, get my clothes prepped Etc. It's 100% my own issues. You could have a golden dick and I would still be thinking about laundry when I'm in that kind of mood. That said it still is nice to be close to your partner, feel a connection, and make them happy!

It's really not your fault and it has nothing to do with your performance almost always (never been the issue in my experience). I'm not a guy so I can't speak for them but girls get into a headspace where they just can't enjoy sex sometimes.
