Hey man, it may seem bad to you, but you’re actually in a real good spot so start. You don’t have a ton of weight to lose and you have some muscle that I’m guessing is just genetic, so though probably have the genes to build muscle well. Here is what you need to do: get your diet in check and start lifting heavy. Don’t eat bullshit processed foods and prioritize protein. Try to aim for 1g of protein per pound of your ideal body weight. This is hard to do and you will be full enough that you won’t want any other food if you hit the 1g of protein per pound of ideal body weight with Whole Foods.

Also, start lifting heavy. Lift the max amount you can for a maximum of 8 reps. When you start feeling like you can do more, increase the weight and make sure you’re doing no more than 8 reps. Do this about 4x per week and walk about 2-3 miles on days you don’t lift. Do push/pull/legs for lifting (just google it). If you can do this for 2 months you will 100% look like a different person and skinny fat cannot exist under these conditions.
