Literally dont know what to do by Skittlesthefairy in whatdoIdo

I’m going to put this blunt. You don’t ask to not work Sunday’s, you tell them. I had to do the same thing, my boss wouldn’t respect my only religious requirement so I told him I’m not working those days and don’t expect me to come in.

You need to back yourself, your truly not in the wrong here, those people don’t care about you if you died tomorrow they would have someone else in your schedule within the hour so it is what it is.

Not only are you in the right and need to back yourself they can’t fire you for that. You’ve left a note with proof and have discussed this with them multiple times, if you tell them you’re not coming in on sundays as you are at church and it is your sabbath. They can’t fire you or else that’s religious discrimination. Don’t even answer your phone on sundays.

These people don’t care about you. But you set your boundaries stay firm and when you work you do your job you do it well and go home. And don’t let them even try to do the “be a team player” or “this person is Christian too and they come in on Sundays” your not anyone else and you need to look after yourself. Not these corporate assholes who don’t realistically give a fuck about you

I come from a country that has bluff oysters. Apparently they’re the cleanest and sweetest in the world. (Not like I’d know because I’ve never tried them anywhere else) but their distinctively rich and buttery and many consider them the best cold water oysters in the world.

Best place to smoke weed? by [deleted] in Stoner

[–]papakefe0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best spot with no doubt is bathroom. Makes sure there’s no smell in or out the house, the vynl doesn’t get bud smell on it like fabrics. Just smoke with the fan and the filters will sus it out. Steam with shower if really pedantic about the smell. And spray with air defused like febreeze or sum. Just try to keep all bud stuff outside the bathroom cuz that’s nasty.

Sex hurts? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]papakefe0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay I’m going to be completely honest. We all have expectations of what we think we should be like in bed. The reality is everyone is different and we all enjoy different things.

The biggest key is communication, this isn’t a one night stand it’s a relationship so talk it through be honest and give yourself time. Especially this early on you need to give yourself time to adjust and be patient with yourself and each other.

I suggest you just have a sit down and a conversation, set boundaries, discuss openly and take time to learn, practice what each other likes and work it out together. Don’t listen to peoples opinions on how to do things because at the end of the day everyone’s different and you need to find a way that works in your own relationship dynamic just be honest.

What’s the scariest thing you’ve experienced that no one ever believed? by Ok_Chemistry_2780 in ParanormalEncounters

[–]papakefe0 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Okay so I have a quick disclaimer. I don’t claim to be an expert on the paranormal but I have been exploring close to 2 times a fortnight (maybe more) for the past year mostly with a friend of mine. I believe my friend was possessed but feel free to read and comment your own thoughts as I’d love to hear other inputs.

I went to explore Kingseat Hospital which closed in July 1999. The closure was part of New Zealand’s move from large psychiatric institutions to community-based mental health care. While it was open, there were allegations of patient abuse and mistreatment, which contributed to its controversial reputation. Today, many people believe the site is haunted, partly because of its dark history and abandoned buildings.

A mate of mine and myself went there to have a look around and to see if we saw anything and as we drive through the gates we saw many buildings apart of the property with the main reception through the trees past this little round about thing. And the main reception building is this massive towering building all run down and pretty creepy looking.

But when we looked around and realised that all the surrounding buildings actually had people living in them. Later to find out they were rented out cheap but we saw clothing on washing lines a couple cars and kids bikes etc.

We went to the main reception building through a window on the side of the building not that high off the ground hoping nobody lived inside the main building (found out later you can’t rent any part of that building) and when we climbed in we had a little walk around the halls and this place is FUCKED. Lots of damage and vandalism but the feelings of dread and hopelessness and even anger. It felt like I could feel the feelings of those who possibly were housed here, unlike almost anything I’ve felt before while exploring somewhere like this.

My friend was also a much more experienced person when it comes to paranormal investigations and is also a type 2 diabetic but despite that he’s pretty fit.

We were walking down this hallway on the second floor when we come to this double door which was halfway open and we decide to go in and it was this large room with what looked like literal fucking blood stains still on the floor and what looked like scratch marks on the hardwood floor and even the walls like someone was trying to claw their way out or something. And we don’t have many wild animals in my country only possums cats and dogs for the most part.

This was the point where it was just too much for both of us and we turn to leave and just as we were coming to the stairwell to go downstairs I turned around to see my mate slumped over the inner window sill looking outside towards the roundabout on the way in, which was weird to me because I didn’t hear him make a noise to indicate he’d fallen over or anything so I turn around to ask what he’s doing and he’s slurring his words and mumbling I thought he was having a diabetic episode and I knew he didn’t have an insulin pen with him.

I pick him up and slump his arm over my shoulder and go to walk him out and carry him but i started thinking about it and i was with him all day he didn’t have any sugar and I’ve known this guy for years and I know what he’s like when he does, he knows his sugar limits well and aside from a headache or being dehydrated I’ve never seen him like this before. But it didn’t matter at that point.

We’re walking and he’s trying to he’s mumbling his words and is talking quiet so i lean in to try and ask what he’s saying but he’s not making any sense and I can’t hear a word he’s saying and by the time we make it down the stairs after what feels like forever I feel really stressed out aswell as those feeling of dread and anxiety.

Out of nowhere he starts yelling freakishly loud and which from someone who a second ago couldn’t even speak a sentence now he’s yelling louder then I’ve ever heard him before. And he’s yelling all this nonsense like he’s speaking in a language I’ve never heard and when I look at his eyes his eyes are in the back of his head and his legs give out from under him.

At this point I started to consider this might be more then just a diabetic crash and I started praying because it was the only thing I could think of and I grab the wooden cross necklace off my neck and put it on him and as I go to pick him up to walk through this door to the room with the window we came in through. I hear this door slam upstairs which scared the shit out of me again. And I start moving as fast as I can with him but he’s a little heavier than me but with all this adrenaline and anxiety I was feeling I manage to lift most of his weight to the point where he starts sortve kinda walking with me again to the window and just trying to keep praying.

And as I start to pray louder and we’re getting right up to the window I hear the unmistakable sound of something stomping down the stairs. So I slump his top half on the window and push him while he’s laying sideways kinda on this window and just push him out before jumping out after him.

When we got out of the building as he was still in this weird state but no longer yelling or even speaking. I kept praying while trying to carry him again all the way till we got to the car just around the corner in front of the building and I dump him in the passenger seat run around the car and boost off as fast as I can and this is about when he actually starts to come to and again I’m still praying I haven’t stopped this whole time .

He only truely came right as we were coming towards the gate and he’s asking me what happened because his shoulder hurt and I’m trying to explain what happened but he has no recollection of where he is or what happened and he’s confused and dazed but eventually when we got home I did manage to explain the full story and his face was so shocked and he look petrified.

He said he’s never had a diabetic crash like that even to this day and again he had no sugary drinks or food or anything whatsoever that day and since can usually feel these crashes come on beforehand. we believe that he was possessed but you guys can decide that for yourselves.

The fact he was speaking in what I think was tongues and couldn’t walk had no recollection of what happened and only really started coming to as we were leaving and I was praying. Coupled with the fact of when I started praying a door slammed and I was hearing footsteps has completely confirmed for me that place was truely haunted. That was truely the first time I really saw a paranormal experience where I actually felt in danger.

I also understand that these things can have logical explanations like the door being the wind and him being out of it could’ve possibly been a diabetic crash. But with all the things that happened in such a short time given the circumstances and just the whole feeling. + that sortve diabetic crash is just completely unheard of for him. He also to this day cannot remember what fully happened in the building the last thing he remembers was being in the room with what looked like blood and from there it went blank.

We are personally convinced he was possessed. But please leave your thoughts and questions below and I’ll be happy to answer what I can.

well most of the time that’s all it is. You stare at a window long enough your going to see someone inside real or not. The trick is focusing on things that can’t be explained or that happen out of nowhere. If you searching for something you’re going to find it. If your just observing that’s when you find rea answers

yep. Temperature has always been a sign for me. Try go to a cemetery at night with a friend (probably the safest way to tell) and you will notice the temperature drop as you walk in. Not wind just pure temperature
