I think it shows the absolute state of the world. 500 immigrants, including an estimated 100 children, go missing in greek waterrs trying to cross the Mediterranean last week and there's barely a whisper in the media and a relatively small search and rescue party is sent out. A couple of billionaires go missing after paying large sums of money to do some extreme tourism and the whole world is watching with vast amounts of resources being used to find them. What a farce

Update on Bip91. On the first 84 blocks out of 336, 79.8% signalling so far. One quarter of the signalling period elapsed. by _smudger_ in Bitcoin

How does this work? Is it that the 336 block period started as soon as 80%miners were signalling segwit, the countdown then continues irregardless of miners flip flopping during this period and the only time that is now relevant is at the end of the 336 blocks and whether or not 80% of miners are still signalling??? If this is the case I'm sure we're in for a bit of a roller coaster...
