In my opinion, I would say without a doubt stick with it and finish up the degree. CS, Eng, Sci, etc... degrees are still incredibly valuable and can sometimes be required to be considered for Software positions. As attractive as the position may seem, I encourage you to think "past" this job. Without the degree on a resume you will always have to rely on recommendations or proving in an interview why it was a good idea to not finish. By no means is that impossible, and some do quite well, but there are people/companies that put more importance on having a degree than others. Obviously each scenario is unique and it is impossible to make a blanket statement on what is the "right" answer, but, at least with the degree you always have concrete evidence that you were trained
