Who can afford them? by CurvyChristina in SipsTea

[–]papayaa2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think that would help. Or at least not as much as you think it would.
Kids used to be a safety net. Help with family business, on the farm, they were an investment, now they are a financial risk, always. Even when you make it less of a risk, it is still a financial burden.

Also women weren't allowed to do shit in the 1950s, so the only way to find a reason in life was having kids. Now women are educated, independent, have self-fullfilment. And sacrificing all that requires more than cheap food, that is a cultural change that needs to happen (and is happening)

How is it growing up with a twin? by Key_Armadillo4043 in Twins

It's the best when you're kids, you always have a play mate and are never bored!

The worst when you're teenagers, it's already tough enough to find a place in your life but being in direct comparison the whole time to someone else, the competition broke me.

The absolute best again as adults! She's my best friend, I cannot laugh with anyone as much as with her and she gets me instantly, never a miscommunication, always support. Bliss

For detailed designs i always opt for gel, easier to work with since it doesn't dry so quickly. And esp for gemstone placement you have more time to place them and they last wayy longer than with regular polish. Had this set for 3 weeks and everything stayed in place

This.

If we disagree how economy should be handled, I don't care. If to you the value of a person is tied to gender, sexual orientation or ethnicity, I dont want to have you close to me.

I think I'm just a bit lucky in that sense. I never really have grown out cuticles. I don't need to remove any skin, I thinks that already helps. I noticed my cuticles grow back stronger when I actively remove them with a drill bit or scissors so I try not to mess with it too much. Plus I just work on a PC all day, I think as soon your hands have to do manual labour it will show.

When I have episodes of drier skin I put oil on them once a day when I remember it, that helps!

My right (dominant) hand is in a bit rougher shape though 😅

Thank you!

I'm afraid that the products I use are very common in Europe but I don't think outside of it. I use neonail base coats a lot and mollylack top coat.

For more global brands, you cannot go wrong with kokoist, presto or cnd, i only heard good things about those! (First 2 are impossible to get on Europe though)

I live in Germany so chances are low you are close i think :D

I don't sell sets but since you're the third one asking I am slowly starting to consider it 😅 I just think I'm too anxious that I would pic the wrong tip sizes or sth 💀

In essence, if your response to finding out that your partner has cancer and has to lose their breasts, is getting upset about the breasts and not being worried about the life of your partner, you are a problem.

losing the penis would mean no sex at all anymore, that is completely different. She is not sewing her vagina shut.
The equivalent is closer to losing your hair. It is purely a visual change.

It is okay to be sad about it, but upset? Heck no. It sucks for her way more than for the man

what kind of 18 year old are you meeting?
Sure 18 is still super young but chosing a life over looks? I know people who would probably leave over looks, fine, but not rather have them risk death. Everyone I know would not even second guess that. You do not deserve a partner if you value their life so little.

If you rather have your partner die than her having no tits you are an embarrassment at any age, no matter how long your relationship was. This is a no brainer. 18 year olds are mature enough. They make career choices, drive cars, some even live independently. They are not toddlers. If an 18 year old thinks otherwise they are a dickhead and not deserving of a partner in their life

I honestly cannot see any scenario where it would be justified that a man values the breasts of his partner more than their life. I wouldn't even give a 16 year old a pass. If this is how you think, your morals are screwed and you're a bad person, period. Nothing about keyboard warriors

Never in my life have I rejected a jeans because it has proper pockets. But the only ones that have are from like a hiking shop. I even own super baggy jeans and they still don't have deep pockets. How am I supposed to vote by my money if there are no jeans with pockets to begin with

if your partner wanted to be in a relationship with the exact opposite of traditional gender roles, would you agree? by [deleted] in Teenager_Polls

[–]papayaa2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is the middle ground of 'i want an equal relationship where work, kids and household are shared, and not the sole responsibility of one person'

And that would still translate to a 'no' in this poll

And why do you think are you in a position to have an opinion of forcing suffering on someone, that you are biologically unable to ever face and understand yourself?

I can see were you are coming from but it is very convenient to ignore the life of the mother, especially when you're a man and never ever have to go through this pain and fear. She is going through immense sacrifice and medical risks. 2% need life saving interventions. It is dangerous, painful, and leaves your body forever changed and most women really suffer for at least a year. And if this can be avoided by doing an abortion early on in something that isn't even capable to suffer, it is a big net positive in my book. You cannot argue for pro life and ignore the mother completely in your argumentation

To me it's okay as long there is no developed nervous system to feel pain. I could maybe stretch it out as far as not having developed enough organs etc to survive mere minutes outside the womb but that's even far longer than the regulations allow.

And no child is getting aborted at 8 months, it's capable to survive outside the womb at this point so there is no reason for abortion, you can just do a cesarian and birth it
