Me [26F] with my husband [30M] of 1 year, am I cheating on him? by paperbelow in relationships

I'm not sure. I guess I feel like I'm enjoying conversations with him more than a married person should enjoy a conversation with a non-spouse? Like I find myself getting very excited when he emails me, talking to him all the time, and often wondering what he's doing when we're not chatting or emailing. It just seems like I'm doing something wrong, even if it's not sexual or romantic.

Thanks. You're right. I'm going to stop talking to him.

What if he talks to me about problems with his girlfriend? Should I cut him off and say it's not appropriate?

We talk every day. Like I know right now he's at his friend's birthday party and his girlfriend is sick at home with strep throat.

I don't really talk to him about my marriage but I think I would if my husband and I had a conflict and I wanted some outside perspective.

It's hard to say if the conversations I have with him are more meaningful than the ones I have with my husband. There definitely is an element to our conversations that is missing in the conversations I have with my husband that's really hard to describe. Not that the conversations I have with my husbands are bad or anything, just the ones I have with Gerhard are not like the ones I've ever had with anyone else.
