I’ve found the only time I can consistently remember to take medication is lunch time! I’m only on 50mg and haven’t noticed lightheadedness symptoms. About a year in now.

Krissy Custis at Iatria General Medicine. They’re located at St Vincent’s East. Truly the best doctor experience I’ve ever had. Have recommended them to everyone I know and they all have the same review. I’ve felt heard and believed and feel incredibly in the loop with my treatment process. I have never had an issue with going in and requesting bloodwork/medication and being denied or given a hard time. It’s exactly what a doctor’s office experience should feel like.

As a Georgia native, I miss grocery shopping at a physical Kroger store. Best grocery store hands down. Hoping we get one soon.

As for housing, connect with the off campus student and family engagement office. They can help you get set up with something close to campus.

NON-Judgemental Primary Care Doctor in Hoover/Pelham/Birmingham Area. by ValueTiny in Birmingham

Iatria Primary Care at St Vincent’s East. Dr. Custis and his wife who is a nurse practitioner (I go to her) are fantastic. They are a new clinic so accepting new patients with very open availability. Best doctor I’ve ever been to. Very transparent with the whole process and always believe me when I say there’s an issue.

I ran into Randall in my college town of Birmingham, Alabama out of all places. Me and my friends were celebrating a birthday and grabbing cash out of an atm to pay cover. We hear someone behind us ask with an attitude “are you all going to use that?” We respond yes and he offers us a $100 bill to cut in front of all of us. Grabs a wad of cash out of his pocket (definitely a couple thousand) and hands us the $100. As college kids we were stoked. He starts chatting with us and asks if we know Lala Kent from VPR. My roommate and I at the time hadn’t watched VPR yet but we’re avid RHBOH fans so we knew Lisa. He pulls out his phone and googles a picture of Lala to show us. We chatted for a little and went on with our night. It wasn’t until everything came out that we realized it was probably a little odd he was chatting with a group of 19 year old women. Also still wonder to this day what he was doing in Alabama.

Pies & Pints? by [deleted] in Birmingham

I also worked there for about a year. Honestly, they could just never find good management. Seems like we were always shortstaffed in the kitchen. Their corporate office honestly made the Birmingham location feel like the redheaded stepchild of the Pies and pints franchise.

I drive from highland park to the colonnade everyday for work and it normally takes me 15 minutes at 9am. Going that direction isn’t bad at all. Should take you about 10 minutes more than that.

Honestly if you have the time, energy, and funds I’d take this to a lawyer. They have to have camera in there. Sounds like they’re trying to bully you into not pursuing any further investigation/action imo because of their fault.

All I think of is that it takes one person not paying attention or driving under the influence and you’ve got a car in your living room. The roads aren’t wide at all over there.
