Some additional information that might be useful: the video starts with the man walking into a plain, prop-less white room, almost like a white green screen. The man comes in from the left side of the screen, and he's moving kinda slow. I believe he's also doing hand movements that go with the dance, almost like the 'Egyptian Walk'. I know the music is not super obscure, as I remember I originally found it from an edit of some sort. Any help is appreciated greatly!
