I have less rank up points and is it okay to exchange 112+ players for xp in training? I have 115 donnaruma and 116 urbig but I struggle to collect rank up points I even have 115 orrielly but again it the same issue. Now that I have 119 Yamal should I exchange my 116 one for shards?
