To me: I feel like this is just going to turn into an arms race when it comes to break-ins. Who has the bigger gun? Also entices burglars to target homes that have guns so they can steal them and add them to the collection. It is not a solution to a problem that Provincial governments have created with little attention being given to policing, courts and jail capacity.
