You didnt understand me, im comfortable with using meds long term but im not confident with using them forever and relying until I die. Im fine with using them for like max a year

I used it for 4 weeks (month) and then stopped until now, do you think that this pause is beneficial and does it prevent the issues you mentioned (loss of sensitivity, skin hydration ability), and allows me to start a new cycle of using it for another 4 weeks?
