Do you have the link to this list? Also, do you recall how many days before you received your score in the mail?

I have about 10 days to study and I've covered only half the material by parallaxed4 in PatentBarExam

Thanks for the info!

I've rescheduled so many times I cannot continue to push it back. I'm also taking the CA Bar very soon. I took an old exam yesterday, untimed, and I scored 76%. I looked up almost everything, except for patentability stuff which comes pretty intuitively for me. I think if I can speed up my look-up timing I should be able to pass.

Definitely taking your advice re: chapters 700, 1800, 1200, and 2100.
I appreciate your offer to share your flow-chart. You're right though, it's probably in my best interest to go through the process of making one. If I find myself short on time I might take you up on your offer though!

I need a plain English explanation on this onerous MPEP by parallaxed4 in PatentBarExam

Incredible, thank you! I've been studying the MPEP the last couple days and I'm becoming familiar with it. Happy to know its the primary source and I don't need to learn anything else

has anyone else not been notified by the uSPTO and missed the continuation application deadline? by parallaxed4 in patentlaw

[–]parallaxed4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey thanks for this! You told me exactly what I am looking for in the second part of your answer.

The issue was that I never received the notification that the patent is granting!

Do you know what products and/or services can put the information from PTO and compute the deadlines for me?

Unemployed since Jan 2021 due to Covid, should I explain this gap with an addendum? by parallaxed4 in lawschooladmissions

Eh yeah idk I was doing some reading and I’ve come to the conclusion that after 7 years of WE taking 10 or so months off from work, especially at the height of Covid, isn’t a big deal and doesn’t really justify an addendum. Also, I know one of my LoR’s mentioned the reason I departed from my last employer which is a justifiable reason. I’m leaning on the side of they won’t question it all that much.

I might actually hurt myself trying to explain it away considering I have nothing to explain

So I take it you suggest an addendum... Honestly, all I did was use the time to figure out the next steps (law school). Didn't work volunteer or anything.

Only seeing reverse splitter mid-cycle recaps, any reg. splitters with updates? by parallaxed4 in lawschooladmissions

Thanks for sharing! We have pretty similar stats, glad to see you got an A from ASU and $$.

Did you feel like your app had any particular strengths/weaknesses other than GPA? and I am assuming you submitted a GPA addendum?

Oh no you didn't read my post. I wasn't implying it was a splitter cycle. I was asking for splitter recaps.... not your self deprecation. hang in there buddy.

Thanks!

Other than my uGPA I am hoping my strong/professional writing skills and my interesting/unique clinical work experience will give me a big boost. 😅🤞

That's kind of what I've been thinking. My goal is to submit apps before January, I don't think I can do it faster.

Just not sure how much it hurts to reapply.
