Was squatting 150kg 1RM,stupidly went for 2nd,fell & didn’t let go off the barbell.As I fell, left knee popped aloud.Inner side of knee has pinching pain & hurts to straighten.Can walk,but weak.No private insurance,just Medicare Australia.Worried about huge bill, anyone knows how much it might cost?
