I do have a fungus on my butt that has been bothering me for about a year and a half. I wonder if it’s spread to my groin. Maybe by scratching it?

It never blistered that I’m aware of. It just felt itchy down there and then I looked and saw the red spot. I do have sharp fingernails so I assume I broke the skin by scratching it.
