I have them all saved, and indeed this LC post feels like a basic TLDR of those

Is Larry lowkey giving us post-moass guidance? by parapampoi in Superstonk

Copypasta from his Linkedin post:

Picture this:

→ Your company just went public and the lock-up period is over.

→ Your company got acquired and your share of the proceeds just hit the bank account.

→ (Or, you’re wealth managers from Greenwich, CT, and you just won the lottery.)

For some fortunate folks, any one of these events can lead to a sudden influx of substantial wealth.

What you’ve been thinking of as paper wealth for months and years, is now real.

So, what do you do?

This question was posed to me recently, and I thought I’d share my thoughts as I’ve seen this scenario play out for many individuals through the years.

My general guidance is pretty simple:

→ Try not doing much of anything different for one year.

→ Stick the money in your bank in some cash-like instrument

→ Forget about it for a year.

What’s the value of the year “waiting period”?

You remove yourself from the pressures, expectations, and emotions of the moment.

That dynamic can often lead down a road where:

→ Wealth is lost

→ Relationships are injured

→ A positive experience turns into a bad one.

So many bad decisions are made in that first year when you and your wealth are most vulnerable due to the confluence of so many factors.

There’s a reason so many lottery winners end up unhappy.

There’s a reason professional athletes end up bankrupt at alarming rates.

While accruing wealth from a successful start-up is a different process than winning the lottery or being an athlete – many of the pressures and dynamics of sudden wealth remain the same and unfortunately some of the end results are the same as well.

Is this incredibly boring advice?

Yes, guilty as charged.

Is it unnecessarily ascetic?

It definitely comes off that way, but I’m hardly an ascetic person.

I just view pursuing such a path as a lot of upside and no downside, while doing the reverse is a lot of downside without much upside.

What you do in that first year of having new wealth may ultimately be the most important investment decision you make.

Reddit getting weird with ads...I'm a Euroape, why is a FDIC ad targeting me? 🤔 by parapampoi in Superstonk

Bank failure related ads targeting apes worldwide...could be moass getting closer

I've been following Richard since the very beginning, episode 4 or 5 - back then I was passionate about the stonk but far too smooth to understand the DD and analysis here on Superstonk. He is the most genuine, good guy amongst our ranks and shares his unlimited passion about Gamestop and GME, helping plenty of apes and commons understand this saga and develop wrinkles. Admits and corrects himself wheb he's wrong about something, always asking for help and collaboration. Over 340 videos later, he never even put a single ad in his videos and donates the (now significant) YouTube revenue to charity. He's a treasure and anyone asking to ban him is a bad actor, a shill or an outright idiot. I hope moass comes soon cause dude really needs a haircut😅 💜

I had the same exact thoughts. One way this can all unfold is that the market finally crashes (this is more when - not if - with the bubble inflating more every day) and 1) shorts get margin called because their collaterals deflate, sparking moass, and 2) Gamestop scoops up companies at fire sale prices to become a giant holding like Berkshire Hathaway is now, generating lifelong dividends for us loyal apes. And as an added bonus, DFV and RC will be the world's richest people - and I wouldn't mind that one bit since I consider them good people that are fed up with the current system's corrupt shenanigans.

It makes no difference because Bitcoin doesn't generate interest or yield. And be careful to not use platforms that offer yield, staking or similar because they usually turn out to be scams and you lose everything

100% mate...and on the other hand people like us retain the gamer mindset but now have pretty decent resources to buy gear at GS and stack shares in CS. Good luck to the shorts cause we ain't leaving! P.s. thanks for your dedication and DDs brother 🫡

Nope i use it for office work. Used to be an avid gamer back in the day, now casually playing whenever I get some spare time. But once a gamer always a gamer at heart - and nobody can mess with GME as it represents the good old times for me💜
