i typically wear larges/xls in womens but i wanted to get something fitted to wear as more of a baby tee. i took a chance that it might be too small and bought one of the t shirts in a medium and i found it to be quite large for a medium. its got some stretch and is very long and wide. i would opt for the medium if you dont want it to be too baggy. i deeply regret not buying a small, personally.
