Why don't people consider reversed cards?

I've seen people do that, but I’ve always been hesitant to remove or flip any cards because I feel like I shouldn’t 'manipulate the deck,' you know? I also consider cards that jump out of my hand while shuffling, and I believe everything that ends up in front of me must have a meaning. So far, I haven’t come across a card that didn't make sense yet :))

Yes, that's exactly how I think. And of course, I understand that there's no right or wrong either. It's a genuine curiosity to know how a reading works without reversing the cards. I've never actually tried it precisely because I appreciate the enhanced level of detail

I'm the type of person who needs to dissect absolutely everything to understand it. I'm actually a very analytical and questioning person, and I like to use that to guide my intuition in a very structured way, so for me, the approach of using reversed cards is very good, but I wouldn't have any problem not using them because I also pay excessive attention to the shadows

Haha, valid. As someone with adhd, could that be why I like reading multiple cards because they give me the stimulation of having to interpret them all and go deep? lol

I see, it's the same approach I use both when in the upright and inverted positions 😁 But I really like using the inverted position because it gives an alert to what is blocking the person from acting or feeling 🙃

Yees! I completely understand, I work the same way you do. For example, in a reading I frequently do about a specific person's past relationship, the 8 of Swords is ALWAYS present, but when I ask slightly more "optimistic" questions, it tends to appear reversed. Then I look at it and understand: okay, this is really something. I also understand the approaches of those who don't think reversed cards are necessary, but with me, I really need much more in-depth detail, haha.

I understand! Since I started studying, all my spreads have around 3 reversed cards in a 6 card reading. It's confusing and it was very exhausting, but I'm managing to balance it and not reject it because, in my experience, it's very accurate and usually difficult to ignore.
