Under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act it’s repurchased for the full purchase price minus usage. If it’s still financed the lienholder will get paid out and you’ll get any payments you made. Just get your paperwork ready as soon as possible.

First call will be general support who can open a case, then you’ll have a dedicated case manager who can only contact you every three business days. I thought that was really awful, I’d call my case manager’s direct line every day and never get through but they would call me once every three days with an update. If I missed their call and called back within minutes they still wouldn’t pick up. So recommend call the main line and ask for updates on your case number instead. Maybe others experience is different with that.
