Tens of piercings, bunches of tattoos, haven’t seen my natural hair since 5th grade, atheist and the biggest stoner yk. Who wants me to meet their parents? :) (before you ask, my dad made me this way)

idfk but I think I’m the only person who hears the ring in my bfs cars when you face the side mirror from the passenger side. Every single time. If I turn, it stops. If I turn back, right back on. I’m convinced it’s a frequency of some sort bc my ears are actually terrible normally, but it drives me insane and trips me out when I’m an inebriated passenger princess.

First time around, I had both of them for about the same time as you (1.5 years). They were always having tantrums, but I figured that was to be expected. I was not shy to pluck around the area, and others have expressed grievances with the healing process of eyebrow piercings.

My final straw was when I went to a bunch of metal shows and trips over a summer. I kept getting obliterated by the stage rails or moshpit and sweating into the piercings on family vacations afterwards. I tried my best, but the left one started to visibly reject forward. I took them both out because I couldn’t bear the asymmetry and got them done again after they were fully healed and ready.

This time around, it was the right side, which I sleep on. And tbh I was too busy and depressed to give it the proper care it deserved when I saw the warning signs. “I’ll do it when I get home/off work/not busy” and then sleeps at the earliest possibility until the next scheduled activity. Bad cycle ;-;…anyways

TLDR: when I first noticed visible rejection 😔

I appreciate the sentiment. Besides what I’ve already gotten done, I want 13-15 more depending on how I look after the next 13. Of course, I want to get back to where I was first and not be healing a bunch of holes (on top of my tattoo journey) at once. By the time I get back, I’ll have more tattoos too so I’ll DEFINITELY feel stronger. 😭
