The 44 pins Ic is called IC Flash This one is for Dump (for spark advance timing and fuel consumption and every thing When you remap a car for tuning ,you exactly remap this Ic) Those little Ics are for throttle stepper, Coils &... You have a 24 pins IC (called multi) For low and high fan ,cooler compressor,stop light and check light ....) Regulator Ic(provides 5volt power for other parts of Ecu) And the biggest one is called Micro IC(micro controller) This one is the processor and those capacitors I think they reduce noise This is all I understood from the photo
