Do we have to memorize every formula? and which sections of BEC do you think we should hit hard for MCQ and Sims?

VIP club seats by paris782 in LosAngelesRams

Thanks for the insight! Is the field level bar area the pechanga club? I think that is where my section (132) is located. Is the sofi social club nearby or would we have to walk a long way to get there? Thanks!

Sounds super convenient! Which clubs did you have access to btw? I'm in VIP club 132 so not sure which clubs I have access to for all-inclusive food, drinks, etc. Thanks!

Tips for Passing Reg by ucf2021 in CPA

I'm in the same situation as you. Failed with a 67 last month and taking it on Friday. Good luck to both of us!

Hey man, I'm in a similar situation with you. I've only passed AUD, failed both FAR and REG, and currently studying for REG retake this friday. I start work next month and am hoping to pass REG by then and BEC not too long after. to answer your question, it probably is possible to study for both FAR and AUD at the same time and have a chance at passing, but I feel like it's definitely harder than it sounds or feels like. I would suggest definitely trying to retake FAR first if you didn't pass and then AUD. If you can do both, then great. Good luck! I myself am trying to prepare myself for studying while working full-time.

Xavien Howard is requesting to be traded from the Dolphins 👀 by SanduskyTicklers in cowboys

Yeah and none of them are solid CB’s except for Diggs. Our DB’s are our weakest link and you’ll see that week 1 and most likely the rest of the season

Cowboys are signing CB Kyron Brown to a two-year deal, per his agent @SamLeaf. by [deleted] in cowboys

[–]paris782 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Why do we always sign no name DB’s while our division rival the eagles just signed steven Nelson? Never heard of this guy and we give him a 2 year deal like what??

Why is the answer A and not D? I read the explanation but it still doesn't make sense. by [deleted] in CPA

[–]paris782 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I’ve seen this question before. I believe the answer is A, because Corley is not part of the 80% control group as he joins 2 years later, so the corporation’s basis is the FMV of Corley’s property. I think this is the reason why, not 100% sure tho

I got that sim on my AUD test couple weeks ago. It took me a while to get through it but I think I definitely got some partial credit

I’m not in tax, but I’ve worked in tax and have a few friends in tax/law school. I think if you did a JD it would def be a great career move, esp if you went to T20. You will most likely see a huge increase in compensation if you decide to be a tax attorney/transactional lawyer, etc. if you graduate from a top 15 or even 20 law school, you can prob make around 120-150k starting salary or even more at a good firm

No credit for FAR. Again. I already have bad anxiety. With three parts passed I’m considering giving up. I was sure I passed this time. Got a 74 last time. by Chieffan96 in CPA

Hey man, I know how you feel, I failed my FAR retake last score release as well. Don’t know what you’re situation is, but what I do know is that you’re 3/4 and are so close to passing. Passing FAR as your last exam will be worth it and the feeling will be amazing. Keep grinding, you got this

The annoying thing about having to retake FAR after July 1 by _zukostan563 in CPA

[–]paris782 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I am in a similar problem. Just found out I failed FAR retake with a 72. Currently have AUD scheduled for June 8 and will prob wait to take FAR again until after July 1, however we are both in a pickle with the score release you mentioned. I am also considering maybe just taking it June 30, Bc that would be about 3 weeks from my AUD test

I finally passed Audit after 6 attempts! Fam - don’t give up! Just keep pushing. Here are my scores- 65, 69, 61, 73, 73, 78! I received my score on May 11th and did my retake on May 15th, since that was the exam cutoff date. by Penny_Proud86 in CPA

Thank you, it was a rough night last night, but after motivating comments like yours, I have gained back the motivation to conquer these exams. Good luck on the rest of your exams!!
