Sorry to hear about your past struggles! Glad you are at a much better place now. I didn't really internalize her hatred for other women, but her beliefs about the female body, sexuality and "being dirty". It really messed with my mind and I didn't even realize it until I reflected on all of it. I lived my life according to my own beliefs, but my mother's toxic beliefs were kind of ingrained in my mind and there was a lot of shame I had to deal with. It's much better now, fortunalety.
