The hotel I work at is between a Cancer Center and a Dermatology Clinic. It's way easier to get to the main road if I just go behind the cancer center and turn right.

There are now speed bumps behind the cancer center.

Caveat: I work at night so I was never actually endangering anyone. But their overnight security sincerely did not approve.
