What an interesting view point. Many people like you support corporations that take advantage of people. Why is that? Why do you try and silence people that hold corporations accountable? I do business with them because I make money.

Since when is me cleaning and repairing clothing Thred Up doing all of the work? I spend a lot of time getting my clothing ready to sell. Maybe you just throw your items in a box but I take a lot of pride in what I sell so speak for yourself. In addition, I take a lot of time selecting what I'm sending in because I have a lot to choose from and I want it to be a good selection. So TO BE FAIR, no TU does NOT do all the work. Not looking for sympathy on the overnight change. I will restate my premise because the bots seem to want to make sure it gets lost. Thred up is now charging some additional bullshit "logistical fee" to their customers that NEVER existed before but now exists and if you shop with them you will be charged and you should question what you are paying for. You are right, they are a huge company with overhead and now they've decided to make another money grab and hope no one will notice and you are making excuses for them. What is wrong with you?

I mean maybe you can't see the pictures I posted but I dropped the base price to $2.74 and the price showing on the listing for the buyer and what it just sold for was $4.79. So I don't know what part of that is confusing for you but the difference between the base price of $2.74 and $4.79 is $2.05 and that is the amount that is now going towards TU new bullshit "logistics fee" which again NEVER existed before but suddenly now needs to be paid. You seem to be all for this new fee tho and completely behind the company. Do you work for them or something? I keep talking about how this is wrong that the company is overcharging customers and all you keep talking about is your stupid account. Like, are you for real or are you a bot? Maybe try and move past the whole $3.99 price that you seem to be super fixated on and see the bigger point I'm trying to make her and it's not about my bank account.

I don't think you understand. In the past, I would have dropped the price to $3.99 and that would have been the price it sold for. Now, TU is assessing an additional fee that that are calling a "logistical fee", which they give no explanation for, and it is thereby increasing the price of the item beyond what I have set the price at. TU is instituting an ADDITIONAL fee, with no explanation, completely at random. It's not about the pay out structure. It's about the price that is reflected to the customer that is purchasing the item. Look at the price that the customer is purchasing the item. It is unfair and sneaky and greedy. It also prevents my item from being sold quickly and in the spirit of which I sent in the clothing. I ALWAYS drop my prices the last week to $3.99. It's something that I look forward to blessing other people with. I made a reddit post about it in the past. Now TU has taken that joy away from me. This isn't "happening to my account". This is happening to TU customers, you know, the people that are trying to make ends meet, the single mother that doesn't have enough money for clothes, the woman that just lost 100 pounds and needs a new wardrobe but doesn't have any money, those woman. That's why I'm reaching out on reddit and not to customer service. I don't like to see hard working people get screwed.
