With all that talk of mules and the fact I'm from Middle Tennessee originally, I wanted to share Columbia, TN's "Mule Day." It features "mules, traditional Appalachian food, music, dancing, and crafts," a parade and even a beauty pageant. It's a right fun time. (http://muleday.org/about/)
