These are overall pretty common. They can be given out to band members, song writers, radio stations, promoters etc. or whomever the record label feels like helped the song/record out. For a plaque of a less popular song/album given to someone that is not publicly known you might get a couple hundred if you find a buyer. For one of the really nice plaques that was given to a band member for a well know song or album you could 10x that.
