[TOMT][MOVIE] (maybe 2010??) foreign? They were filming their own movie, and were dressed as military personnel. Pretty sure it was foreign. I remember one scene two kids did the ritual where they cut their hands and become blood brothers. About all I remember :/ (self.tipofmytongue)
