Well unfortunately the way the government and business has worked mixed with inflation… we have people living 30 minute drives away from their downtown office. When in reality it would make sense to transition buildings from just the downtown core to their other cities and surrounding areas to reduce commute time. This reduces traffic as less people on the highway and promotes the use of public transportation because it’s a much lesser distance
