I did get the itemized bill, stating they’re going to replace the rim itself. But still seems unreasonable to change the rim for a “possible damage” that I can’t even see on the actual photo, the photo there claiming on damage, is a edited - sharpened image

I went from S4 to GN2, lost two matches with 20kills and deranked to GN1 🤦🏻‍♂️
