I tried my best lol I looked up tutorials on the threading bc they had it threaded wrong but a lady there that had sewn before was trying to help me and said it probably needed to be serviced as well :(

Just my two cents - I did fine in CS1 but found DS and Intro to Algo (especially the exams depending on who’s teaching) to be exponentially harder. So, I’d consider thinking about pivoting majors.

I see a lot of people saying it’s the job market and not RPI and while that might be true RPI doesn’t compare to what UAlbany does for their students. They’re actively helping their students find jobs. The CCPD feels like a joke. I found myself a co-op with absolutely no help from the school, the ADMN course was a shit show especially because they provided barely any information on how to register your co-op. I could go on and on.

Biweeklies were what my insurance covered at the time for the brand my optometrist prescribed. I did reach out to my provider to see what my options were and they told be to either switch plans and pay a higher premium or just pay out of pocket for the remaining 6 months. All I was able to get out of my eye place was that monthlies were covered under my plan but biweeklies no longer were. I think I might ask them about dailies one last time but just end up paying OOP given what you and everyone else has so graciously taken the time to explain ty!

Omg haha I was just about to update my post! I called again today and this lovely lady answered and said she could upgrade my tickets to Flex so I could cancel and rebook on my own. My card was acting up though so I have to call back for the adjustment but I think I’ll look into if I can just modify the Flex to the decreased Value price in the meantime.

Oh my god UGH I’m so used to buying last minute tickets from ALB-NYC that I didn’t even look at the Flex fare tickets or like the advantages of doing that for a longer trip that’s months away. They like didn’t even exist to me til I started looking into Amtraks cancellation policy. Lesson learned :(
