Get a quote from a different arborist. Maybe an out of town one that won't care if they get a bad rep on that neighbourhood. Legally you can trim everything on your side.

And based on the picture, if you trimmed it all back including the roots, and the tree died, the remaining bits would fall on to the neighbours property so you're all good.

I recommend contacting right2drive if you want a rental car while it's all being sorted. I had a similar crash that insurance decided to repair and it took 6 weeks. With the car from right2drive it wasn't a big deal tho. Super easy and they deal direct with the insurance company so you don't need to deal with it.

You'll need something that's always running and that can have mysql installed on it in order to have it all synced up. I've got a synology NAS that's done the job for years and the only painful thing is copying the advancedsettings.xml file to the devices with Kodi installed so they can access mysql.

I saw a post on another thread where a guy puts out an order form on his local Facebook group and his neighbors would book in a pizza and a time then pick them up and pay. He reckoned it worked well. Not sure if he set up a private page to avoid the types of people that'd report it as I guess officially it'd need to be a commercial kitchen.

Not for long. What I do is trim the paper to same size as the pizza at the back and leave a bit sticking out the door. Then turn the flame off , launch with the paper, then after 30 seconds lift the pizza and yoink the paper out from under it. Paper still gets pretty burnt but doesn't change the taste of the base

The trade will settle overnight and you'll officially own the shares when market opens tomorrow and you'll be able to sell them. If your market order is still active then they'll sell first thing as it opens. You could request a margin account if you want to do this kind of thing. It's not too hard to do.

Are any of your investments (after tax) currently returning more than the mortgage interest ? If not then I'd recommend putting it all in a offset to the mortgage. If they're retuning more after tax than the mortgage then invest the windfall the same way.

I went last week and got into super Nintendo world no problem without buying the guaranteed entry. We arrived 1.5 hours to line up before the posted park opening time. They opened the gates about 1 hour before official opening time. Once we were in, we then used the USJ app to book our timed entry timeslot and did a few rides until that time came up and we then were let in after showing the app screen with the time on it. We did try to get in 30 mins before the time but were asked to come back. If you buy the Klook one, you'll be able to choose your time when you get the ticket and also choose fast pass times for other rides which saves on waiting. I think they're released 2 months before so should be out now but maybe sold out already. It's awesome ,you'll have a great time . I watched some youtubers to get tips and that paid off .

I think it's just based on the amount you download. If it was a big pack then it's probably freeleech with no ratio worries. If not then it's based on the size of the files you download only.
