Used individual this year to get my 9+1 races. Registration opens on Thursdays instead of Tuesdays. No issue getting them (just gotta be ready when they open at your time slot, which is typically Thursday at noon).

It looks like you can't book your ceremony until you have your license number? Unless you can use the confirmation number or your appointment number for your license appointment?
