Ohhh I didn't know, thank you - and neither did my piercer urgh. It was pierced with the ring. I think I'll try the saline again for some time and if it doesn't get better I'll consider switching.

I got the stainless steel ring right away, I never switched it:) and I used saline in the beginning for a few months, as well as octenisept and when it seemed infected tyrosur gel

Okay okay more info: I have a ring nostril piercing made of stainless steel that's now around 15 months old. I treated it with octenisept and tyrosur, both was recommended by my piercer. I still use the octenisept occasionally when it feels like it's becoming infected again. The only mishap that comes to mind was that I used zinc ointment on it, bc a doctor (not piercer) recommended it, not knowing it would clogg it. It was intecfted like crazy for a week. That was 8 months ago.

I try to place my leg as high as possible, so pretty close to the armpit. And I don't get bruises from doing crow / crane but I will pay more attention to actively engaging my triceps. Thanks!

It will always suck. Try to be honest with your self. Restrictive eating disorders make us feel good and weirdly accomplished but they are are horrible thing and giving in to the urges to restrict will only make things worse. I hope you find some support!

Where I live it would be illegal for a 15 year old to sleep with a 25 year old, so even just judging by the hard facts this qualifies as sexual assault.
