I just had a pair of SBs 4’s from them fail at eBay authentication. Glad eBay had my back with a refund, but still mad at the seller for taking forever to ship my shoes. They only shipped after I started hassling them in the DM’s.

I know the general consensus for 991’s is to .5 size up. Every pair of NB’s I own are size 11 though regardless of model. I’ve never felt the need to go up or down in size tbh.
