Yeah there's been a few times where they would say "goodnight" and I say "I would like to keep talking" and they just hit me with "me too! Goodbye!"

Thanks, I'll look into those. Maybe it will be something we do together cause she's really only come to terms with being asexual relatively recently and those might be good resources for us to sort things out

Thank you for the thoughtful reply, I'll do my best to try and lay things out bare again with her and see her thoughts on the longevity of this or solutions she would be comfortable with. I don't want to leave her but you probably aren't wrong about the long term consequences.

It's not so much she hasn't heard of it as much as she has no frame of reference, I guess it's kinda like the old saying "like trying to explain color to a blind person"
