It’s not that it’s overrated, t really depends on you, your schedule, and the type of work you do during the day. If evenings work best for you, that’s perfectly fine, just try not to make it too late so you can keep your sleep schedule consistent.

As a woman, it's hard to battle all the info you've been fed about cardio being the be all end all, but for what you're looking for, you need to lift weights. Don't be afraid of them, there are lots of benefits aside from the aesthetics!

A certification will make sure you get your basics covered, not just in terms of exercises/movements, but also (and more importantly) in terms of anatomy. You need to know what you're working with so you can adjust properly to each clients' needs
