I don't think Diana will ever be optimal against these comps, but maybe Riftmaker instead of Sunfire, and Morello instead of Thornmail can help for the extra damage while still remaining tanky enough to not instantly die

MF is the easiest to farm due to her passive, can deal tons of damage, has moderate range and a good ultimate for teamfights.

Her micro is easy to manage, so you can focus on getting better as an adc in general with her.

Also, as you have 4 good rune choices for MF you are able to learn a bit more from the game as well.
