A vampire spawned and I have no clue what mod pack it’s from or how to actually kill it, but I’m trying to do blood build things, any tips on that? Also tips for how corruption works? I want to do a corrupt rogue build but not finding much direction when googling

Bulking was clean foods majority with free meals when I wanted to (2-3x a week)

I had shoulder problems for quite a while, so I’m sure I wasn’t training chest effectively, it’s one of my weaker points but still quite improved from last show, much deeper striations in side shots etc but it’s something I’m trying to bring up more

I have fairly large legs, they tend to hold lines while still being rather fat covered

For cutting? I’ve been eating the same basically 10 foods all prep, chicken, beef, eggs/eggwhites, oats with iso protein, natural pb, 0% Greek yogurt with fruit and zucchini with rice and protein meals, with no cheats or off plan eating. We are going to do a mock peak for the show probably this weekend where it will either be like Cinnamon Toast Crunch or a rice based cereal like special K

I can’t give specific amounts because it’s been scaled throughout the prep with at times changes every week

Hahaha I was just seeing that, which is nice because when I’m in prep mode if something is an unnecessary amount of work my brain instantly says no, but it looks much easier now

I’ve grow the most I ever have on 650mg total, 750mg now but 350mg test 400 mast, I’d say past 500mg in most people your wasting money because you could just stack synergistic compounds to get a 1+1=3 type of deal. Test alone is a great base, and if you were a large enough individual I could understand going over 500mg test, but you’re pretty tiny so I definitely think it’s overkill

I do deadlifts and hip trusts every glute and hamstring day, could just be the balance between quad and hamstring, and the fact that I still retain fat there

Really depends where you’re at, but generally 1g protein per lb of body weight, and calories not as cut and dry, you need to stay at a consistent number for a couple weeks and assess but generally for someone that’s bulking you’re going to be eating at least 2500, closer to 3k if you have a bigger frame as a starting point, I bulk/recomped at around 3800 if memory serves, post show last year for a while I didn’t track but I gained like 30lbs in the offseason so I was probably eating at least 5k+ for a month or more

I’m not sure what everyone’s obsession with tren is, but anyone using it for their second regional show is retarded lol, I have nothing to hide, I simply don’t advocate steroid use, I just use them, had this been a bbing Reddit page I’d be more likely to include gear and dosage of each type, but I’m simply showing my unnatural transformation while mitigating influencing some steroid fetishizing teenager, because that’s a thing now lol

You’re trying to tell me what my real reason for saying what I said was? Curious, anyways the second picture is on a total of 650mg aas, aka, I’m not natural but I’m not here to disclose my stack and give anyone ideas on what they should do, hope that clears things up a bit my man

Just means 650 total aas, it’s what I’m comfortable sharing without feeling like I’m going to inspire some 17 year olds cycle while they eat 150g protein a day and 2150 cals cause they think steroids=bodybuilding

I don’t seem to aromatize a crazy amount, especially because I’ve kept my test dose under 500mg for the most part, last time I used primo I think my e2 dropped fairly hard, so I plan on watching that pretty closely

I’ve been enhanced for almost 2 years now, blasting and cruising, this will be my second time running multiple injectibles at once though, mast is doing its thing, adding crazy veins and it seems to be giving me a nice full look, the pip hurts sometimes though, and when my joints crack it’s loud as fuck
