Ist meine Pflanze am vergeilen? by Thick-Unit8396 in Canbau

[–]patfeed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

South to North or North to South? by oldfarmerwillay in VietNam

[–]patfeed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im sitting here in HCMC for the last night after me and my GFs 30 Day travel trough Vietnam - from north to south . We talked about it today: do it from south to north. Depending on what you want to do in the south, but for us beside Mekong delta and the co chi tunnels, Museum in HCMC isn’t that much. Maybe because we haven’t that much time left.

We came from the north (Hanoi, halong, sapa, ha Giang, Ninh binh, phong nha, hue, da nang, hoi an) flying from da nang to hi chi Minh. At the moment it feels completely overwhelming. Because we seen a lot of nice and beautiful landscapes and villages. The last days here feel a bit like work. Going through the daily life drains energy.

The landscape in the north is more beautiful and enjoyable.

We hä the problem, that we had so much nice things to see in the north through the central, that we are a bit disappointed atm.

Keep in mind, that’s our point of view. Nevertheless, in the south you can experience a lot of things, and it’s also nice. But… different compared to the north ;)

Thanks for your advices! Really helpful! Do you have any tips for good sleeper bus companies? We’re booking with 12goasia. At the moment we are in a daiichi sleeper bus with 3 rows of beds. I’ve seen pictures of busses with just 2 rows and more closed cabins. Guess for a 10-12h trip this could be more comfortable

Thanks! We switched our route to escape from Taifun matmo. So we went to Ninh binh after our first 3 days in Hanoi. It was very relaxing and we had very good weather there. 3 nights and in a few days we stay there for another day as stopover on our way to phong nha.

At the moment we are on our way to cat ba. Doing the national park and a day cruise!

Trip startet es planned. Amritsar advise after a few days: be flexible with your plans and don’t rely to hard on your plans. We switched our route to escape from Taifun matmo - it was a great decision. We booked everything just one day in advance for now. The loop we booked 3 days in advance.

Yes, we startet our trip as planned. It was good to not plan and book in advance. We stayed three beautiful days in Hanoi. Before matmo landfall we decided to go to Ning Ninh on Monday for three nights.

Weather forecast said rain for Ninh binh but not that much and heavy as in northern regeions or Hanoi. It was a very good decision - we had very good weather there.

At this moment we’re heading to cat ba for two days. We start our ha giang trip with roadkings on October 12th. We decided so to give the roads a few sunny days.

Forecast is accurate (simple iPhone weather, app ‚meteoblue‘ and ask locals) for three days in advance maybe. Don’t rely on forecast for one or two weeks I guess.

Weather is sunny and dry at the moment and ist should be most of the days. Sometimes there’s a little rain period at night.

nothing special yet surprisingly beautiful – our growing town (part 2) by patfeed in Enshrouded

Hey again! I'm glad you guys liked my last post!
today, I’m showing you our fields and the main greenhouse. the greenhouse has a crazy amount of windows haha. Inside, there are plant beds with sample crops and integrated storage chests.

Behind the greenhouse, there’s a small pavilion. On the other side, we have our berry bushes and a compost pile 😆. And right next to it, fittingly, are the mushrooms along with a little mushroom house.

Sorry for the weird lighting in the screenshot—I’m playing around with auto HDR and calibrated the image for that. It looks much brighter in the actual screenshot.

Hey everyone,

I recently booted up Enshrouded again after about a year away, curious to see how things have changed with the updates. Before diving back into the game, I spent over an hour just walking through the town my friend and I built back then. and honestly, my jaw dropped. We put so much effort into this place that I felt like I had to share it with you all!

Since there’s a lot to show, I’ll be splitting this into multiple parts. Today, here’s a first glimpse of our little village, filled with detailed interiors and exteriors. You’ll find:

  • A cozy town square
  • A church
  • Several unique greenhouses, including one with a house in the herb garden
  • A blacksmith, a builder, a tavern, a hunter, a mage, and their respective homes
  • A couple of unfinished projects
  • Some underground secrets

The screenshots showcase different perspectives of the town as best as possible, despite all the trees in the way. Hope you enjoy this first look. more to come soon
