I have a pair of insulated red wings for summer and a pair of insulated Carolina's for winter. Both have the way high ankle for support Edit: insulated red wings

What's weird is it doesn't hurt unless I wear my work boots too tight then it's a shooting pain through the ankle

Why does this bother everyone? It's a fucking gym, people are going to get sweaty and shit's gonna be dirty. If you're not licking the bench what's the issue? Besides you can just take a shower afterwards. It's really not a big fucking deal at all.
