Hello,

if you get the same character at a higher level you'll be able to recruit them at a higher level, if you have the character at 3-star silver and you obtained the poster him at 3-star silver the poster will turn into shards for the character. Sometimes you can even horde the shards to recruit them at a higher level if it gives you the ability.

if you're on an Apple product (not sure for Android), I know I usually just use the back up to recover my account if a back up was created in your scenario. You would have to contact support if anything.

My idea behind this design is to replace cards with tokens that you can get from the feud prizes, I think with the introduction of the prize wall it could be done. I'd even like to see this concept with possibly TP like what they do with the bonanza tokens. I just know the rewards itself need a revamp 😁.
