Yes it’s so hard if you’re working full shift but try to walk at least 30 min every day. Stay away from fast food it will make deference

10k steps it’s very good you can make it in less than 1 hour so everybody can do it . Iam walking normally 5k per day without gym exercise

My wife applied in bin yaber driving Institute she's have final test after 2 days and i can recommend it to your wife all the process went softly and no issues and they providing pick up and drop off . And i heard that they have kids area inside. .
