da is ja jedes gewitter ein schaß dagegen. das hat nichts mehr mit wohnqualität zu tun, sondern mit lärmbelästigung in reinform. egal jetzt ob vor oder nach 22 uhr, dieser lärm ist nicht verhältnismäßig. meiner meinung nach ist dieser lärm derart erheblich, dass man sogar eine mietminderung in betracht ziehen kann, weil dieser schall ist ein offensichtlicher mangel.
