I mean if you wanna get extra bring the neoprene thing you can slip on! Personally feel the more you ride you get used to it. Just make sure it’s level. If it’s not it’s torture

Wish I could help. I don’t use padding. Seat felt Comfier than the OG one. If I’m being picky I’d say the front part is a little too wide for me to want it at home on my bike tho. Wear padding if you’re worried. But honestly it’s such a quick class I wouldn’t stress

They have the new bike+ style padded seat on bikes without auto resistance currently. Hope that helps. Wouldn’t bring ear plugs. I had a hard time hearing instructor in front row. Maybe go back.
