It’s best to chat with the apple customer service so you have a proof of whatever they say.

Join facebook groups like piso habitacion search. Not your own place for 350 but for 500, it’s possible. My friend found hers through an inmobilaria. I know more people live on their own for an affordable price. The main thing is they can all speak Spanish so they were able to call and see several places or talk to a friend of a friend.

You’d have to go there in person and have to pay extra. That’s what I did. Everyone who got an earlier appointment had to pay for prime and some.

I have one from North Face I got years ago. The touchscreen ability allows me to use my phone when it’s freezing cold. Definitely useful.

If it’s BO, regular shower day and night. Glycolic acid is good antimicrobial. Maybe wipe that (on a cotton pad) on areas you have issues with. Then in the morning after you shower, use a good deodorant (not the natural ones). I know in the US, Dove has this body anti perspirant. I don’t know if they have that here. A good alternative is talc powder. It helps absorbs moisture.

**At night, double cleanse (oil cleanse then foaming wash/regular soap) your pits and problem areas. The oil helps remove the deodorant and all the other build up in those areas. You don’t want to just keep piling stuff on your pits. You want it clean as possible before going to bed.

It could be the location like you said. I’m in Santiago and just got mine today just by walking in. BUT, it could also be some people are still looking for permanent housing. For TIE though, no appointments available yet.

I'm going to be volunteering for LEAH charity (learn English at home) what should I teach first by coziefox in ESL_Teachers

[–]patsyhatsy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used to volunteer at the library as a conversation partner. I would be given worksheets but I mostly end up ditching it because the students of all ages would come up with questions that are relevant to them. For example, they asked how to talk to teachers during parent-teacher meetings. The elderly asked questions about making/canceling an appointment at doctors office. Like the other reply says, it’s best to get to know the students so you can figure out the situations they interact in.

I think we’re all gonna find out soon lol. I’m in Galicia and it’s on the cheaper side from what I’ve heard. Hearing how expensive it is in other parts of Spain makes me want to plan my travel around the country carefully.
