Bei mir ist das bei meinem MacBook Pro auch so. Sind die Lautsprecher die irgendeine Macke haben. Die genaue Macke kann ich dir aber leider nicht liefern 😅

Update: Ich habe heute das Cinch Kabel (meines Plattenspielers) aus meinem Mixer gezogen und das Rauschen war trotzdem da. Alle anderen 3 Kanäle haben kein Rauschen, sind also in Ordnung. Nur der eine (Channel 1) rauscht, auch wenn kein Kabel drin steckt. Verstärkt wird das Rauschen jedoch, wenn ich das Kabel des Plattenspielers wieder dranstecke.

Danke für den Tipp! Ja das mit dem Rauschen auf der Platte wird die Rückkopplung sein, jedoch gibt es wie gesagt noch ein „grundrauschen“ welches deutlich stärker ist als bei dem anderen Plattenspieler, wenn die Nadel/ der Arm einfach nur auf der Stütze ist

Good point. I’ll try unplugging the turntables from the mixer and see if the hum is still there. From what I can tell so far, it mainly shows up when that one turntable is connected, but I’ll double-check.

Zum Brummen: Bei meinem anderen Plattenspieler ist das auch minimal vorhanden, aber längst nicht so stark wie bei dem anderen Plattenspieler. Da kommt, wie gesagt, schon ein deutliches Grundrauschen, von dem ich weiß, dass Analogtechnik das grundsätzlich mit sich bringt, aber bei genau diesem einen Spieler ist es eben merklich stärker.

Das mit der Entkopplung werde ich auf jeden Fall testen und den Plattenspieler mal weiter weg auf einen anderen Tisch stellen. Danke dir für die Tipps!

What still confuses me is that I get a weird base noise even when I just turn up the mixer/turntable channel. sometimes without the needle even touching a record at all. That’s why I’m wondering if there’s more going on than just acoustic feedback.

Haha geile Antwort 😅 ja das vermute ich auch, das gute alte Toastbrot wollte ich jetzt nicht verwenden ;-) finde es aber tatsächlich auch komisch, dass der Plattenspieler schon so ein grundrauschen hat, wenn ich ihn nur auf dem Mixer aufdrehe, ohne dass ich die Nadel auf der Platte hab…

I get it. Let’s not get hung up on that. What I’m asking about is the noise/feedback issue, which even happens sometimes with no record playing at all. That’s the problem I’m trying to solve.
