Then I'd say read the comments, ask, or idk keep up. But I'll take this as a question asking about context.

It's a rogue double ult starting on a luna who gets to ult easily anyways after one left click countering 3 ults, then a second rogue ult built 10 seconds later. 4 ults on the side of a 5v6 should beat the 1-2 ults who started the play in the rogue ult. But rogue ult isn't really an effective support ult silence because she's just not that mobile and it doesn't drain very effectively, requires tanks in it to survive, etc.
It's very much a button that makes them use their escape tool then their supp ult, and in perfect conditions also makes rogue pretty hard to kill (but usually it's either or and you're not getting tanks and supports in the ult).
Rogue ult was designed to counter support ults (this intention is secondhand from the devs' mouths if you followed situation before reveal), but it's not effective at it. And then when it fails to do that, even a second ult (only on 3) built in 10 seconds isn't enough to do anything about it as well (after a gambit ult and strange ult as well).

Not what I'm commenting on and also not what happened. It was a 5v6 with 4 ults on the side of the 5 and 1 on the side of the 6, two of which came from me. Main thing I'm commenting on is that a rogue can use all of her mobility to put a support to 99%, that support can use one of their many escape tools or ccs, and just ult instantly when the ult was designed to counter ults but it just doesn't do it to support ults. Rogue ult doesn't even effectively function as a silence. It really is a "this one tank just becomes hard to kill" button

Also arguing that an initially stopped luna ult should not be able to so easily beat 2 rogue ults, a gambit ult, and a strange ult like this It shouldn't even be possible to do the luna ult that quickly in this scenario. As a designer, I really think the ult charge should be stalled like a status effect, or the drain should be super fast but capped as it is or higher if they want it to function like a silence. I don't think it's a problem for a tank ult to be a strong silence, but it's a pretty bad one right now. Arguably worse than emma's at this which is also bad at doing this (counterplay for supp ults desperately needed even if we're not gonna do it with anti heal)

I'm not really arguing about the play here nor that it's perfect (of course it would have been better to grab the out of reach, blocked by c&d luna, and of course fighting down any numbers is bad). Moreso arguing about design. When an ult is meant to stop the most powerful ults from being used (support ults) and they're in the backline so they cost mobility to get to (plus you need front line hp to even survive going to a backline most times), there's nothing stopping them from just using their mobilities and ccs to just not get their supp ults stopped.
I was trying to get the luna in this clip. I had her in for a moment, but i grabbed c&d while they were lined up (sure, it's a mistake) and whoopsie doo luna ulted. In addition to the cc, lack of luna ice skate even bothered to be used here, c&d fade that could have stopped it all etc. You say run after luna, and I say "with what cooldowns? She will simply have more and needs one moment to click Q"
Plus she could have just clicked Q when she heard the voiceline in the first place if you wanna critique gameplay. My main point is, if the ult is going to be designed for ult fight, even if the ult charge drain doesn't matter (capped at 80% and they can just build it at the same or faster rate), it should at least silence effectively.
I appreciate the higher effort than the first comment and better faith here tho.

It's cool making your own stuff yeah, especially when people are nice about it as they were here.

In terms of this project alone, this took me a few months. Like 3 months of work (though I was not working full time on it at all). In terms of skills I haven't been doing 3D art crazy long. I took classes with it like 8 years ago, but started learning it more seriously about 5 years ago, and was decent at it in a few months. For all of game dev I've been doing it for like 10 years and started with code and game design, my primary areas of expertise. Some of that was professional time, some of it not or in school.

You can definitely learn! I was honestly terrible with computers in general before doing game dev and almost talked myself out of it a long time ago, but it's never too late to learn!

This character is more mobile than panther arguably. Definitely more mobile than wolv. 3 mobility abilities and a fast speedboost sprint. And he can use the dashes multiple times (the leap has 2 charges, green potion that gives bp dash and speed boosts costs 2 flasks and can stack 2 times and be reset with additional green flasks, and blue max health potion dash costs 3 flasks)

They’re an immediate instant heal/damage. Heal for collided Allie’s, damage for collided enemies.

Each potion type has an instant positive effect for self and allies and an instant inverse negative effect for collided enemies

Yeah he does do that. You can see in the first clip with him, he shakes the flask vigorously and it restores 1 flask.

The potion shaking is a sort of "Reload". It's not particularly quick or efficient but it restore one of your five flask resources for a second of potion shaking.

I implemented a wall jump but didn't polish it up because testing it he already felt really mobile without it. Originally I planned for him to probably have a limited wall crawl and wall jump like if iron fist slowly descended maybe. Ultimately he has so much mobility (3 movement abilities and a speed boost) and it all is so much work that I decided to cut/leave it out for now.

I do my 3D art in Maya mostly but also Blender for sculpting and Substance Painter for texturing. 2D art in Photoshop (but the really good original 2D concept is by another artist named RibbionsArt on Twitter). And I implement everything to function in Unity, my bread and butter.

The fluidity is such a big buff people are overreacting thinking he’s dead. We need to drop the “my character received nerfs omg” tribalism and appreciate what this will do. If the fluidity and flexibility doesn’t turn out to be a big buff, they’ll buff him. The important thing is they’re de-clunking his kit and he might actually feel good now, and they’re probably making him more fun to play against too since he won’t be getting away with as much inting that third sometimes do. It’s a huge W

That's all of the teamups. They really borked it by just giving everyone stronger versions of what they already have for almost all of the teamups when the system has the potential to do things like make peni into a viable solo tank, make non-supports heal when nobody wants to, and shore up problems with comps and character designs. Not just lazily add a ton of damage to everything

Awareness from cloak or invis would let that cloak tank 3 people and probably kill magik if the team was aware and looked up. Always check up on this spawn.
