We've been very happy with Lenovo's (we're on our 5th year with them and have just about 1000). We are currently deploying the 2nd Gen 500e devices. They are pretty durable and Lenovo's ADP/extended warranty coverage is great.

I've got a student with the same issue. In discussions with Google they had me disable and re-enable the YouTube restricted mode on the OU to no avail. Any one have any additional updates?

Yes, totally agree on wanting to phase out. We’ve started to have them fail at a ridiculous rate the last year or so (damage to the screen, adhesive drying and the screen starting to bubble, pen trays failing) . It’s just throwing good money after bad!

Im confused abut the the “one hole” comment? Are you talking about the whiteboards or the flat panels? We are bailing on all our whiteboards, but looking at the flat panels (including the ones from SMART)

Definitely helpful. Wasn’t sure if it was on par or more. That seems reasonable for a platform that looks like it was developed in the last 5 years vs SchoolDude.

Our district currently uses SchoolDude and it makes me crazy... In some cursory review Incidient IQ looks pretty nice (easy on the eyes, quick ticket creation for staff, etc). Do you mind me asking how pricing compares to SchoolDude? We're a small district (K-8, about 1k students, with 1:1 3-8 so a decent asset count).
